<p>To ensure our units are ready for guests, <strong>check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.</strong></p>
<p><strong>No smoking indoors, please. </strong>If additional cleaning is needed from smoking, additional fees may be incurred.</p>
<p><strong>Please curb your pet. </strong>While your furry friends are welcome to join you on the trip (in certain units), please make sure to pick up after them.</p>
<p>Please treat our house with the <strong>same respect as you would your own home.</strong> We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.</p>
<p>We know that wear and tear happens. In case of any <strong>accidental damage,</strong> we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.</p>
<p>We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! While we don’t have set quiet hours, <strong>please be respectful of your neighbors.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Have fun! </strong>This is your vacation time and we hope you make the most of our home, its amenities and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding areas.</p>
<h2>Cancellation Policy </h2>

<p>100% refunded if canceled 14 days or more prior to the trip start date. 50% refunded if canceled within 14 days of trip start date.</p>
