House Rules

To ensure our units are ready for guests, check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

No smoking indoors, please. If additional cleaning is needed from smoking, additional fees may be incurred.

Please curb your pet. While your furry friends are welcome to join you on the trip (in certain units), please make sure to pick up after them.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

We know that wear and tear happens. In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! While we don’t have set quiet hours, please be respectful of your neighbors.

Have fun! This is your vacation time and we hope you make the most of our home, its amenities and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding areas.

Cancellation Policy 

100% refunded if canceled 14 days or more prior to the trip start date. 50% refunded if canceled within 14 days of trip start date.
